I've been working on a very special project for a friend lately.  It's given me very little time to actually work on my site.  I can't reveal any details right now but I'll hopefully be able to let everyone know about it next week.  I think it will be amusing form all my websites readers.   Not much time so I'm going to get to work.  It seems that a couple of our Kirkham Systems customers have been reading my blog.  Thanks guys I hope I can keep it more up-to-date  in the future.

I think this looks a little nicer than my old site.  I'm up late tonight teaching myself how to use CSS to theme Drupal.  I love to learn things like this, especially when I get to teach myself.  It is sort of like working a puzzle, I keep trying things until I find something that does what I want it to, then I figure out why it worked.  Slowly I get a better and better idea of how to do exactly what I want.  Anyway while I was working on the other site I decieded to work on my own site a little.

The Nintendo Wii's sensor bar has a thin cable that connects it to the back of the console. despite the name sensor bar it actually contains no sensors. All it does is create two infrared spots above or below your TV. The sensor is a camera at the end of the Wii. It takes a photo of the two spots and measures the distance between them and based on a few calculations can determine if the Wii mote is pointing at any general area on the TV. You can actually light two candles and place them on the counter in front of your TV and it will work in an emergency.

Sorry for the silly title but I wanted Googlers to easily find this if they are having the same problem. This is an easy fix for a problem many might have. I bought a Nyko Wiimote Charger last week on Amazon. I got it in yesterday and was sad to find that one of my remotes didn't seem to be working even though the green indicator light (LED) was on. I played with it a while and couldn't get it to work. About to give up and ask for a refund I decieded to see if the Wiimote itself might have broken. I put the old batteries in and it worked fine.

I've always thought of Jehovah's Witnesses as a cult but never fully studied it. I had a couple that wanted to come teach me about their group and I invited them to come. I figured if they are a part of a cult it would be a chance for me to lead them away and if they are just a misunderstood group of Christians I would find that out.
